The 'A' Team was the main participants in this session.
Only Team Building exercises were conducted as our Principal was away to attend the e-Hijrah summit at UBD that day.
The 'A' Team was also trained to be facilitators for Saturday's workshop.

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY 1 : CHOIR
GOAL
To sing three songs in three different languages together in 10 minutes
ROLES
The team must select three songs in three different languages
The team must practise before the real performance together
The team must show their creativity in their performance
The team shall sing their three songs together on stage in 10 minutes

MIGRATION
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY 2 : MIGRATION
Roles :
(a) Two persons will hold the rope loosely at each end
(b) The rest of the group will do the migration by standing all together at one side
(c) Each individual must work together with other team mates to migrate to other side of the rope by jumping together as the rope swings once
(d) There should be no one left person on the other side
(e) Migration must be done at one go
(f) If failed, go back to the original place and migrate again together
(g) If the first migration is successful, it is now the two rope holders turn to migrate.
(h) Two group members of the first migration are required to hold the rope at each end for the rope holders to migrate
(i) The two rope holders must migrate together at one go,
(j) If failed, go back to the original place and migrate again together

HOLDING THE BALLS
Goal :
(a) To hold the balls without dropping it in 10 minutes
Roles :
(a) The team must be in a circle
(b) Each individual must hold a ball
(c) Each ball must be thrown to the partner on the right side and the partner will get the ball immediately.
(d) The team must do the throw at one go
(e) The throw of the ball must be together
(f) If the ball(s) fall(s) down, repeat from the start
